If someone came to you today and offered you your dream job, would you take it?
There are probably three main answers here: yes (the easy one), no – usually followed by a list of reasons why you can’t – and “I don’t know what my dream job would be.” All are perfectly valid answers, but there may be a core question that should come first: Why are you waiting for someone to come to you in the first place?
